Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, the name, email address, company name if provided and message you enter are sent to Formspree and forwarded to Rashtan Soft's contact inbox. The information is used to read, respond to and manage the enquiry.
You can contact Rashtan Soft directly at admin@rashtan-soft.com instead of using the form.
Website delivery
This website is hosted through Azure Static Web Apps. As with most websites, the hosting service may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser details and request time. Rashtan Soft does not include a client-side analytics service on this version of the site.
External services and links
- Formspree processes contact-form submissions. Its own privacy practices apply to information it handles.
- Calendly is linked as an optional way to schedule a call. Its privacy practices apply after you open that service.
- Professional profiles and product sites are external destinations with their own privacy notices.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. If you would like to ask about information connected to an enquiry, email admin@rashtan-soft.com with enough detail to identify it.
Updates
If the way this site processes contact enquiries or uses third-party services changes, this notice will be updated to reflect the change.
